These Terms govern the conditions and procedures for using the game price information service provided by Lowstamp (the "Site"), as well as the rights, obligations, and responsibilities of both users and the Site. By using the Site, you are deemed to have agreed to these Terms.

1. Nature of the Service

The Site is an information service that organizes and presents the official prices, all-time lows, and current discount status of games sold on Steam in an easy-to-read format. The Site does not sell games directly; all payments, refunds, and account management take place on Steam.

All price information on the Site is provided for reference only, to help you make purchasing decisions. Actual purchases and payments happen on Steam, and the Site is not a party to those transactions.

2. Accuracy of Price Information and Disclaimer

Price information on the Site is typically collected and refreshed automatically once a day. As a result, there can be a time lag between the price shown here and the actual price on Steam. Information may also differ from real-time figures due to exchange rate fluctuations, the start or end of Steam sales, changes to regional pricing policies, and similar factors.

For this reason, always confirm the final price on the Steam store page right before you pay. The Site does not guarantee that its information is accurate, complete, or current, and is not liable for any loss arising from reliance on the information shown.

3. Intellectual Property

Game titles, images, logos, and similar materials shown on the Site belong to their respective rights holders, including each game's developer or publisher and Valve Corporation. The Site merely references and cites these materials within the scope of providing price information, and claims no rights to them.

On the other hand, the rights to content created by the Site itself, including its written articles, page layouts, design, and buy-or-wait verdict logic, belong to the Site. Reproducing, distributing, or commercially exploiting this content without prior consent is prohibited.

4. User Obligations

• Do not place an excessive load on the Site through automated means or otherwise interfere with its normal operation.
• Do not collect or copy the Site's information in bulk without authorization to power an identical or similar service.
• Do not use the Site for any purpose that violates the law or public order and morals.

5. Limitation of Liability
